2002 – Leeds Power PlantThe client was an individual involved in a criminal enforcement defense case. We used plans from the plant to prove it was not feasible for the contamination to have occurred as was being presented by federal regulators. The claims were made specifically that a bobcat dumped contaminated material in the plant at a specific location and time. The animation of the flying bobcat was used to show the extreme, unrealistic visual of what would have had to occur for the contamination to happen when and where federal regulators claimed. The animation demonstrated there was no floor in the plant at the location and time that was claimed, therefore making it impossible for a bobcat to dump in that location.
