1991 – Morrison-Quirk Grain Corporation
The first animation used by The Session Law Firm. This was a high-risk, environmental litigation case involving groundwater contamination exceeding $50 million in claims.
It was presented that our client contaminated the soil as a result of an explosion in the late 1950’s. The animation was used to prove that based on the area of soil that was contaminated and the timeframe associated with contamination; it was not feasibly possible for the contamination to have resulted from the explosion. The contamination was a result of corrosive material leaking from a steel tank in a timeframe after the facility was no longer owned by our client.
